Fully-Automatic Attaching Machine Model MAC-2000L

The Fully-Automatic Attaching Machine Model MAC-2000L is a fully automatic attaching machine that attaches a wide range of fasteners from Morito Scovill Americas such as Durable™, Baby Durable™, Maxi-Snap™, Mighty-Snap^®, Gripper^®, Duramark^® Buttons, Duramark^® Burrs, and Plastic Snaps.

• Ergonomic and convenient features such as a foot pedal, casters for easy movement, target light, adjustable positioning plate, binding pressure buffer and an automatic counter
• Servo motor driven with adjustable speed, constant torque, low noise, and the ability to switch between stitch and single trip attachment modes
• Integrated safety mechanism that will immediately and automatically shut down to protect operator’s fingers
• Motorized supply hoppers to keep the track full and swing away from the machine for easy maintenance access
• Excellent throat depth and clearance between the upper and lower receivers
