Morito Scovill Americas is a proud member of our small rural community and the State of Georgia. As a designated Georgia Made manufacturer, MSA was featured in a Georgia Department of Economic Development article about our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. “We appreciate the important work medical workers are doing … our workers recognize that what they do is life-saving, and we haven’t missed a day of production,” says Shane McEntyre, chief sales officer.

The term manufactured refers to a wide range of human activity used to create tangible or intangible goods, including product design, proprietary code, and engineering. It’s most commonly applied to industrial production, in which raw materials are transformed into finished goods for use or sale. Finished goods may also be component parts which may be incorporated into other products or goods. However, in order for a product to be eligible for certification, at least 50% of the final product must be manufactured in Georgia.
